Conveniently located in downtown Hot Springs SD next to the Fall River, that meanders through town, our six story building has 96 one, 2 two, and 1 three, bedroom units in         

 a park-like setting. Large windows provide a picturesque views. Enjoy a walk along warm, spring-fed Fall River, where our local ducks make their home year-round.

The Brookside Amenities:

The Brookside is in a park like setting with grass and is streamside to the Fall River. More than just a place to live... Our facility  includes an outdoor gazebo with picnic tables and easy access for all that is available for family gatherings. We also are host to several religious group studies and community meetings of political and civic interest groups.

Each unfurnished unit is modernized and equipped with a full size refrigeratorn electric range/oven, walk-in shower, lots of closet and storage space, cable television and telephone jacks, mailboxes on site, tenant dog/cat park, garden with raised garden beds and large windows to enjoy the views of our Fall River valley and is ADA accessible.

The building has two elevators serving all floors and there are two spacious laundry rooms, one on the first floor and one on the second floor for our residents. Our Property Attendant lives in the building to respond to emergencies at night and over weekends.

Our common areas include a comfortable lounge where there’s always a jigsaw puzzle in progress and plenty of good books on shelves to pick from for a relaxing afternoon of reading. We have a full-sized pool table and dartboards in a game room just waiting for spirited competition. Our dinning room is home for weekday Senior Meals that are prepared and brought in for our residents. Must be 18 and over.
