Situated on the bustling main thoroughfare of Hot Springs SD, The Evans captures the attention of countless passersby, who cannot resist snapping photos of its charming façade. Originally constructed in 1892 as The Evans Hotel by the visionary Fred T. Evans, our remarkable building has not only withstood two devastating fires but also continues to proudly house 85 residents to this day.
Our six-story building, located in the heart of downtown Hot Springs SD, is nestled beside the breathtaking Fall River natural springs. With 100 modern apartments, our serene park-like environment provides the perfect setting in this quintessential American town. Enjoy proximity to outdoor adventures, a renowned museum, soothing natural mineral spas, and the convenience of delicious homemade ice cream just a short walk away.
Perched atop a hill at the southwest corner of the town of Edgemont SD the city lies on the far southern edge of the Black Hills. It is the crew change point for BNSF freight trains in the Gillette, Wyoming-Alliance, Nebraska division. The Hillcrest Apartments offer a cozy campus of four single-story buildings. There are six one-bedroom apartments in each of the buildings and landscaped grounds surround our a peaceful community.

Monday - Friday - 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
In case of an emergency, we will still be in the office during our normal office hours. Also, the doors at both buildings will be locked 24/7 in an attempt to limit unnecessary foot traffic. Instructions are posted at both buildings for mail delivery, UPS, FedEx, personal care attendants, etc. to gain entry. We are also not allowing any group meetings in the Brookside community room. These restrictions will be in effect until further notice.
